The cord itself is beautiful, comfortable, and durable. The split ring connector eyelets at either end of the cord on mine are partially covered by the hard rubbery material that secures the cord to the eyelets, making the eyelet hole too small. The split in the ring itself has sharp ends, and gets stuck on that hard rubbery material partially covering the eyelets, requiring adjustment seemingly every other time I pick up the camera after setting it down. When this happens, the ends of the cord stick up and out from the camera at weird angles, and you've got to jiggle or pry them loose before taking a picture. I've had it for a week or two and with light use, there's already quite a bit of wear on the eyelets from the sharp split rings getting jammed (black paint around the eyelets are scratched off) as well as the hard rubbery material that covers part of the eyelets... not to mention my camera itself! They're starting to scratch the camera body around the camera's eyelets where the split ring connects, and it looks like they've even taken out a very tiny chunk out of the body where the cord connects.
