I had high hopes for this collar and thought it was great - until I had to charge my Fi module. That’s when I discovered it’s impossible to do so without removing it from the collar. Sham on you Fi for creating such an incredibly asinine and non-sense Al design. I wish I could return it but it’s well outside of their non-generous return window, so I guess I’ll have to eat the loss of the cost of the collar and buy my dog a proper collar. I’m so angry about this. Hopefully Tuenne will do the right thing and offer a refund due to their poor design.
