A ROPE THAT HAS BEEN CHEWED BY A DOG IS NOT COVERED. ROPES ARE TOUGH BUT THEY ARE NO MATCH FOR AN EAGER DOG USING THEM AS A CHEW TOY.
We will charge you a $5.00 remake per item on incorrect orders where we are not at fault.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to have a safe and secure delivery address. Once our obligation has been met by shipping your order, and the the postal services obligation to deliver your order has been met, we cannot absorb losses due to theft or missing items. There are no returns on custom orders. This includes "Build Your Own" Leashes
Closeouts (if applicable)
Only regular priced and sale items may be refunded, unfortunately closeout items cannot be refunded.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
