I purchased the package protection plan, the post office lost my order. Admitted they lost it, and I had to wait seven days from the last tracking update for Tuenne to process my replacement. Time aside, Tuenne made the process smooth, however they would not expedite my replacement or upgrade my shipping for the replacement, so maybe I’ll have to wait another 2-3 weeks for an item I ordered in the beginning of February.
Maybe they shouldn’t ask for a review when I don’t have the product yet.
Maybe they could have been a little more hands on with dealing with the post office, but they did nothing, instead relying on my correspondence.
