How to Size It Right:

The listed leash length is the total length of the leash when the slip loop is completely opened and the leash is stretched flat from end to end.

When the leash is in use, part of that total length forms the loop around your dog’s neck. Be sure to factor in your dog’s neck size when selecting a leash length.

• For shorter dogs (closer to the ground), we recommend a minimum 5 ft length
• Taller dogs can comfortably use slightly shorter lengths

How We Measure:

To measure the leash, fully open the slip loop and stretch the entire leash out flat. We measure from one end of the leash to the other.

For example, a 4 ft slip leash measures 4 ft total when the neck loop is completely undone and the leash is laid out straight.

Note: This leash is not designed for tie-outs or anchoring dogs to fixed objects for extended periods.
