Shipping policy

Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on international shipments.

We will not issue refunds for stolen orders. If your package tracking is marked as delivered via the postal courier this confirms we have met our fulfillment obligation.

Sometimes international orders get stuck in customs. Please allow up to 4 weeks before for delivery.

We will not falsify product values on international orders.
