I have gone through at least half a dozen leashes looking for one that could be my daily driver with my high energy pup. The flat handle and rope combination really sold me here. Especially that I was able to customize the length. Being able to choose a 5ft option was really perfect for us. The rig feels sturdy and I don't anticipate and failures. Just the right combination of everythingI needed.

I have been a professional trainer, competitor and Police K9 Instructor (retired) for 35 years. This is by far my favorite leash. Stout, grips the hand, strong hardware (I really like the self-locking snap), nice thick cord, and thank you for customizing the length (yes, they will do that!). For safety I purchased the bright orange, and this is now my "go to" leash!
