Fi Compatible Topographic Collar (Series 2)

.., but we are through with the terrible Fi alert unit. After countless false alarms, "dog out somewhere without the owner", we finally hit our limit this weekend when my wife and I both got a "dog out without an owner" alert, which showed her clearly in a coyote-infested arroyo a half mile from our house. We were both away separately in a nearby city. Terrified. we called the neighbors and had them all out frantically looking, and drove, adrenaline-infused, to the spot on the map the alert clearly showed where she was. In the meantime, a neighbor had thought to go to our house and look in the windows, and there she was, safe at home. So many of these false alarms, with repeated asks for help from the Fi people. Never worked right. Going back to them, with prejudice. Again, we love the collar and all your products. If we can figure out how to remove the Fi unit, we will keep her in the collar. In the meantime, I ordered another collar model from you, just in case.

Excellent collar!!

This collar fixed the one issue with the Fi. Now if the module comes loose the collar stays on my dog.

Overall surprised with quality as it’s good. It’s just wonky to charge. But overall good product
